Den before tat we gals went to hav brisk walk one round hahaha>...not a bad exercise wor! Den row awhile i got le n lao shi also din wan us to row cuz not enough ppl den no point rowing! lao shi was very disappointed till crying out! haiz wat is happening!
Training is important especially when race is coming pls ppl do put in more effort! Dun let lao shi hav a disappointment result for e coming race! We are all hunger to win! So we muz do it! Jia you le wor...
